‘Happily Confused’ is a social media campaign for the brand In N Out Burger. We found that Americans spend 5.5 days a year deciding what to eat, but at In N Out Burger the decision seems even harder with all the delicious food options. So, we dedicated our campaign to all our confused customers to convey that their indecisiveness tastes good at In-N-Out. We created trendy content and shared stories of all the confusions that exist with different people in different stages of their lives over Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. The goal of the campaign was to increase the customer engagement by creating trends on social media.
